Administrative Rules.
The administrative rules define the specific standards, criteria, and guidelines
that
govern the Department's operations. The administrative rules are based on the
legislation defined in the Iowa Code. The rules are created through a process of
confirmation by the Department, the public, and legislative rules committees.
