The tutorials are available on cassette tape or electronically on disk. The keyboard guides and course packets are available electronically only. You may receive the course packet or keyboard guide on disk or by e-mail. The tactile keyboard diagrams are sent by mail only.

1. The name of the tutorial, course packet, or item you would like to purchase.
2. The address where you want the items mailed.

Free Matter: Tutorials sent Free Matter for the Blind take approximately 3 to 6 weeks for delivery.
First Class U.S. Postal: The charge for sending tutorials First Class U.S. Postal mail is $5.00.
Second Day Delivery: We use Federal Express for second day delivery. The charge for second day delivery ranges from $6.00 to $8.00 per pound. (You can order about 3 tutorials and remain under one pound.) The rate depends on your zone. Contact us for an exact amount.
Overnight Delivery: We use Federal Express for priority overnight delivery. The charge for this delivery ranges from $9.00 to $14.00 per pound. (You can order about 3 tutorials and remain under one pound.) The rate depends on your zone. Contact us for an exact amount.
Residents of Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico: Below are mailing options and associated costs.

International Customers
We will send you an e-mail with three mailing options from which to
choose, one option will be Free Matter. (Tutorials sent Free Matter outside of the U.S.
can take several months, depending on your location.) Once you have indicated the mailing
option you prefer, we will add the cost to your order and mail the items.

Most taped tutorials are recorded at slow speed (15/16 isp). You cannot use a standard cassette player like a walkman. If you need a player, contact the National Library Service for the Blind and Physically Handicapped (NLS). The NLS can put you in touch with your local lending library.
